-All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. Once the product is dispatched, you will receive an email stating the order is dispatched with an order number and tracking number, where you can track the goods in transit with out courier.
-After products are dispatched deliveries can take up to a further 3-5 working days to be delivered. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay to your order.
-At this moment in time, all orders can only be shipped to the U.K only.
-Delivery charges are shown and calculated at checkout.
-We allow 14 days for return of items from the day of order being dispatched.
-Items must have Goldbox tag on the item and must not be worn. Items must be returned in original packaging.
-We can not accept refunds of earrings due to hygiene reasons. We can not accept refunds of any custom made items for example items that have been sized for the customer or and bespoke items.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email address and we can arrange a return delivery.
-If an item is found to be defective on arrival, contact us immediately so that we can arrange a return and replace or refund.
-You may cancel an order within 14 days of ordering product whilst the order is being processed and before it has been sent out for delivery.
- If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made, please contact us via email or phone and we can arrange this.
